L’aprèm’ du livre
Huiles thérapeutiques à base d’essences naturelles locales is a practical guide that gives readers the secrets hidden in the villages, forests and mangroves of Cameroon. It is the result of the research of a young aromatherapist who made nature her passion, with the aim of sharing natural solutions that nourish, treat, and heal the body. Here you’ll discover the therapeutic virtues of plants such as okra, avocado, turmeric and many others, as well as how to use them.
