About Course
This introductory-level course provides a general overview of the National Action Planning for Health Security (NAPHS) process and methodology. This includes the critical steps necessary to support the development, implementation & monitoring of 5-year strategic NAPHS and 12/24 month operational NAPHS. The target audience for this course is personnel responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring NAPHS.
To strengthen the country’s capacity for Health Emergency Preparedness, Response and Resilience (HEPR), Member States need to develop, implement and monitor National Action Plans for Health Security (NAPHS).
This course introduces the new integrated NAPHS process and defines the benefits, methodology and process for countries to develop and use NAPHS.
